Our Philosophy

Our Team
Chef Kohta Iwamoto leads our kitchen, ensuring each dish meets our high standards. The front of the house is managed by Cayle Lutas and Toni-Lee Hillier, long-time friends of Kohta, who provide exceptional service and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
Our name
"Blessing of the Sun," inspired by Chef/Owner Kohta Iwamoto's family. The name combines kanji from his mother and oldest brother (Blessing) with those from Kohta and his middle brother (Sun), paying homage to his family in Japan.
